What do I get for free?: Instagram, with one reel DM automation and 500 messages a month. Pick the reel that brings you the most comments, set the keyword, and your agent handles the DMs it produces. No card required.
Why is WhatsApp not on the free plan?: WhatsApp costs us more to run per conversation than Instagram does, so it sits on the Business plan at ₹999 a month rather than being spread across everyone's price.
What counts as a message?: Every reply your agent sends counts as one message. Messages your customers send you are free, and so is anything you type yourself from the inbox.
What happens when I run out?: Your agent stops replying and the conversations still arrive in your inbox, so nothing is lost. You can upgrade at any point in the month and it resumes immediately.
Do I need a card for the free plan?: No. The free plan stays free and does not ask for payment details.
Can I use my own WhatsApp number?: Yes. Connect it by scanning a QR code the way you would with WhatsApp Web, or plug in the Business API if you already have it.
Where do my uploaded documents go?: They are stored against your organisation only, and used to answer your customers. They are never shared with other accounts.
Can I change plans later?: Yes, up or down, whenever you want. Changes take effect on your next billing date.
